By participating in the Promotech St. Lucia Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility for Stamps (5 Stamps) 

• Customers earn one stamp for each eligible purchase that meets the minimum spend threshold, as specified by Promotech St. Lucia. This amount may vary and is subject to change. This information is communicated in-store, online and via signage at the cashier.  

• “Eligible purchase” refers to a transaction that meets the minimum spend threshold, excluding taxes and any non-merchandise fees. 

1. Stamp Collection and Redemption 

• Once you have collected all stamps on your loyalty card, you qualify for a discount on your next purchase. The discount value will be determined at the time of redemption, either in-store or online. 

• Stamps cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated. 

1. Qualifying Purchases 

• Qualifying purchases exclude taxes, fees, gift card purchases, previous purchases, and any charges not directly related to merchandise. 

• Promotech St. Lucia reserves the right to determine which items or categories are eligible for earning stamps and to adjust qualifying amounts at its discretion. 

1. Reward Discount 

• Upon completing the loyalty card, customers will receive a discount applicable to their next purchase. The discount value may vary and will be specified at the time of redemption. 

• The discount can only be applied to a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple purchases. The discount is not redeemable for cash and may have an expiration period, as determined by Promotech St. Lucia. 

1. Card Validity 

• Loyalty cards do not expire; however, they must be presented in-store to receive stamps and redeem any discount.  

1. Program Modifications 

• Promotech St. Lucia reserves the right to change or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without notice. Any modifications to qualifying purchase amounts, stamps, or discount values will be updated in the terms and conditions available in-store and on our website.
